We are hiring experienced, patient, and energetic Private Swim Instructors for one-on-one and small-group swim lessons at private homes and exclusive community pools throughout the greater Conejo Valley, Ventura County, and surrounding communities — including Lake Sherwood, North Ranch, Spanish Hills, Calabasas, Ventura, Malibu, Somis, Ojai, and beyond.
Conduct private and semi-private swim lessons tailored to each client's age, skill level, and goals. Teach proper technique, water safety, and confidence. Build engaging, progressive lesson plans.
2+ years swim instruction or coaching experience (private lessons preferred). Current CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard certification — or willingness to obtain. Strong swimmer, reliable transportation, valid driver's license, background check.
$28–$45 per hour DOE. Complete scheduling flexibility — choose the days and times that work best for you. Build your own client base while being supported by our established local brand.

We are seeking certified, professional, and enthusiastic Summer Lifeguards for private community pools and exclusive HOA facilities throughout the greater Conejo Valley, Ventura County, and surrounding communities — including Lake Sherwood, North Ranch, Spanish Hills, Calabasas, Ventura, Malibu, Somis, Ojai, and beyond.
Constant proactive pool surveillance and safety monitoring. Enforce rules with courtesy and confidence. Respond to emergencies (rescues, first aid, CPR). Deliver excellent customer service to residents and guests.
Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification (or willingness to obtain — we offer certification support). 18+ years old. Strong swimming skills and reliable transportation. Background check required.
